Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc002.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
