Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhtx15.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
