Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhtx12.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
