Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte4i.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
