Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte4d.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
