Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte4c.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
