Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte4a.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
