Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte3v.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
