Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0.

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte3o.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
