Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte3n.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
