Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte2m.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
