Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhte2j.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
