Using the zip or rar file 1.Download edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1
2.Extract edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 edb500x.dll 5,0,0,1 and press Enter.
