Using the zip or rar file 1.Download EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510
2.Extract EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EXPTOOWS.DLL 11.0.5510 and press Enter.
