Using the zip or rar file 1.Download EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327
2.Extract EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EXCHCSP.DLL 10.0.2327 and press Enter.
