Using the zip or rar file 1.Download db2qgjavaF.dll
2.Extract db2qgjavaF.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2qgjavaF.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2qgjavaF.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2qgjavaF.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2qgjavaF.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2qgjavaF.dll and press Enter.
