Using the zip or rar file 1.Download DLMCallDLL.dll
2.Extract DLMCallDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DLMCallDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DLMCallDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DLMCallDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DLMCallDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DLMCallDLL.dll and press Enter.
