Using the zip or rar file 1.Download D800II.dll
2.Extract D800II.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract D800II.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting D800II.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract D800II.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place D800II.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 D800II.dll and press Enter.
