Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BIGMEM.DRV
2.Extract BIGMEM.DRV from .zip. We recommend that you extract BIGMEM.DRV to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BIGMEM.DRV.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BIGMEM.DRV to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BIGMEM.DRV in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BIGMEM.DRV and press Enter.
