Using the zip or rar file
1.Download HEIDI.DLL
2.Extract HEIDI.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract HEIDI.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HEIDI.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HEIDI.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HEIDI.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HEIDI.DLL and press Enter.
