Using the zip or rar file 1.Download game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll
2.Extract game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.dll and press Enter.
