Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A32ALGDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
